Early check-in or late check-out (if available) requires approval and incurs a THB 250 fee. 🚭 Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the apartment and building. A designated smoking area is available in the ground floor car park. Violations carry a THB 5,000 fine. 🍳 Cooking: Not allowed. There is a shared microwave on the 2nd floor to reheat meals. 👤 Guests & Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed. Visitors must register themselves with our security guard. 🤫 Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in this residential building. 🧹 Housekeeping: Short-term guests receive one service per stay; long-term guests receive weekly service. House Rules

Dear guests, thank you very much for looking after this home and respecting the house rules. We have a strict no party policy. Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of our home, or neighbours. Please treat the staff and our neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels. Kindly observe the 11am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb's enhanced cleaning standards. A late check-out fee of THB500 per hour will be imposed if you do not vacate the apartment on time. Please leave the home neat and tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer. If smoking/vaping occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings deodorised and you will be fined THB5,000 for breaking the house rules. Please try to not misplace/damage the lift access pass; the replacement fee of THB800 will be passed onto our guest.
